 1. PLEASE PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND
 ACCURATE SURVEY. PLEASE NOTE ON THE SURVEY THE EXACT
 LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED FENCE, GATES, ETC.
  
 2. PLEASE NOTE THAT FENCES LOCATED WITHIN THE FRONT
 SETBACK (FIRST 15 FEET), SHALL NOT EXCEED FOUR (4) FEET
 IN HEIGHT. FENCES LOCATED BEHIND THE FRONT SETBACK MAY
 EXTEND UP TO SIX (6) FEET IN HEIGHT.
  
 3. ON THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED THE PROPOSED FENCE IS
 SHOWN TO BLOCK OFF THE DRIVEWAY AND PARKING, WITH ONLY
 WALK GATE. OFF-STREET PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE
 RESIDENTIAL DWELLING UNITS AND THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY
 CANNOT BE FENCED OFF IN A MANNER SUCH THAT THE DRIVEWAY
 IS NO LONGER USABLE FOR PARKING.
  
 4. THERE IS A NOTE ON THE SITE PLAN STATING THAT THE
 LOCATION OF THE FENCE MAY VARY BY APPROXIMATELY 10
 FEET, AND THAT THE SETBACK WILL DICTATE THE HEIGHT AND
 LOCATION OF THE FRONT SECTION. THE PLANS NEED TO
 CLEARLY REFLECT WHAT IS PROPOSED, NOT AN ESTIMATION.
