 ON THE MODULAR BUILDING PORTION OF THE STATE WEBSITE.
 THE COVER LETTER THAT TIES TO THE MODULAR BUILDING
 REVIEW IS ALSO DIFFERENT FROM THE LETTER SUBMITTED.
 PLEASE INDICATE WHAT THE PURPOSE OF SIGNED AND SEALED
 PLANS ARE AND WHY ALL OF THE PLANS DO NOT HAVE THE
 STATE APPROVAL? IF THE APPROVAL IS GOING TO BE REMOVED
 FROM THIS UNIT AND A TOTAL REVIEW OF ALL TRADES TO
 OCCUR?
  
 2) SHEET C1 UNDER THE HEADING OF AS BUILT LIST THIS
 MODULAR BUILDING WAS BUILT UNDER THE 2004 FBC-B BUT
 REFERENCES THE CURRENT CODE BASICALLY AS EQUAL. THE 170
 MPH VULT = TO 132 VASD NOT THE 130 NOTED ON THE PLAN.

 INTERPOLATION, PLEASE PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION?

 PER NFPA 241 (TABLE 4.2.1), THE TEMPORARY MODULAR
 BUILDING SHALL BE LOCATED AT LEAST 50 FEET AWAY FROM
 ADJACENT STRUCTURES. CURRENTLY THERE APPEARS TO ONLY BE
 APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET OF SEPARATION.
  
 PROVIDE STAIR AND HANDRAIL DETAILS. HANDRAILS ARE
 REQUIRED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STAIR. HANDRAILS SHALL BE
 LOCATED NOT LESS THAN 34 INCHES AND NOT MORE THAN 38
 INCHES ABOVE THE SURFACE OF THE TREAD, MEASURED
 VERTICALLY TO THE TOP OF THE RAIL FROM THE LEADING EDGE
 OF THE TREAD. HANDRAIL ENDS SHALL BE RETURNED TO THE
 WALL OR FLOOR OR SHALL TERMINATE AT NEWEL POSTS.
 HANDRAIL CROSS SECTION SHALL HAVE A DIAMETER OF NOT
 LESS THAN 1.25 INCHES AND NOT MORE THAN 2 INCHES. STAIR
 RISERS SHALL BE BETWEEN 4 INCHES AND 7 INCHES IN
 HEIGHT. STAIRS SHALL BE SLIP RESISTANT AND HAVE A
 MINIMUM TREAD DEPTH OF 11 INCHES AND PREVENT THE
 ACCUMULATION OF WATER.
  
 PROVIDE PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHER(S). EXTINGUISHERS
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RATING OF 2A:10BC AND SHALL BE
 TAGGED BY A LICENSED FIRE EXTINGUISHER COMPANY. TRAVEL
 DISTANCE TO EXTINGUISHERS SHALL NOT EXCEED 75 FEET.
