 OF THE AREA TO PREVENT VEHICLE INGRESS/EGRESS.
  
 2) ALL THE 19 FOOT DEEP PARKING SPACES REQUIRE WHEEL
 STOPS, TWO FEET FROM THE END OF THE PACE. THIS OCCURS
 ALONG THE WESTERN ROW OF PARKING.
