 2- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 REQUIRED. THERE IS A CHANGE OF USE. THEREFORE, PALM
 BEACH COUNTY NEEDS TO REVIEW PLANS. BRING BACK COUNTY
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
 THIS IS REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.

 ON SHEET 2. ALSO, PROVIDE ONLY THE INFORMATION THAT
 APPLIES TO THIS PROJECT. THERE IS INFORMATION ON THIS
 DETAIL THAT DOESN'T APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. COORDINATE
 WITH WALL LEGEND ON SHEET 1.
  
 B) SHEET 1: CLARIFY WHERE IS THE "TYPICAL DETAIL ALL
 OPENINGS FILL IN W. 2X8 SYP FRAMING" GOING TO BE
 INSTALLED?. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- REVISE ONE HOUR ASSEMBLY SPECIFIED ON THE TENANT
