 2- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 REQUIRED. THERE IS A CHANGE OF USE. THEREFORE, PALM
 BEACH COUNTY NEEDS TO REVIEW PLANS. BRING BACK COUNTY
 STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
 THIS IS REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF
 THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 3- A) TENANT SEPARATION NEEDS TO COMPLY WITH SEC.
 R302.3. WALL ASSEMBLY NEEDS TO EXTEND TO THE UNDERSIDE
 OF THE ROOF SHEATHING. REVISE TENANT SEPARATION DETAIL
 ON SHEET 2. ALSO, PROVIDE ONLY THE INFORMATION THAT
 APPLIES TO THIS PROJECT. THERE IS INFORMATION ON THIS
 DETAIL THAT DOESN'T APPLY TO THIS PROJECT. COORDINATE
 WITH WALL LEGEND ON SHEET 1.

 THIS SECTION IF THE ROOF TRUSSES DON'T ALLOW THE WALL
