 1) THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE INCORRECT. THIS SINGLE
 PLY PVC PRODUCT IS MECHANICALLY ATTACHED TO THE ROOF
 DECK AT THE 3" TABS THAT ARE FABRICATED INTO THE SHEETS
 BY THE MANUFACTURER. THE TAB SPACING CAN BE DECREASED
 BY THE MANUFACTURER TO PROVIDE FOR THE HIGHER UPLIFT
 PRESSURES AT THE CORNER AND PERIMETER AREAS. PLEASE
 CONTACT DURO-LAST ENGINEERING SERVICES AT 800-248-0280.
 CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2.1
  
 2) THE MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS STATE THAT THE
 WIDTH OF THE PERIMETER ROOF AREA MUST NEVER BE LESS
 THAN 5 FEET. THE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS SPECIFY 3 FEET.
 PLEASE REVISE. CITY AMENDMENTS 107.2.1
  
 3) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE MIAMI-DADE OR FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE 1/4" DENSDECK INSULATION AND
