 1. PER THE FBC-R 314 & 315 YOU SHALL INSTALL

 DETECTORS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE HOUSE AS IF NEW
 CONSTRUCTION. ACCORDING TO THE SUBMITTED PLANS, THE
 HOUSE CURRENTLY DOES NOT HAVE AND WILL NOT HAVE A
 GARAGE. THE ANTICIPATED GARAGE AREA CONTINUES TO BE A

 6. WHEN "NEW" IS MENTIONED FOR METERS & PANELS "A" &"B"
 YOU SHALL INDICATE IF THIS IS A REPLACEMENT FOR AN
 OLDER UNIT OR IS THIS A NEW UNIT IN A NEW LOCATION. IF
 EXISTING METER AND PANELS ARE ELSEWHERE THAN WHERE
 INDICATED ON THE PLANS, THE EXISTING LOCATION SHALL BE
 REFLECTED ON THE PLANS.
 7. AS INDICATED BY NEC 230.70 YOU SHALL PROVIDE A
 SERVICE DISCONNECT ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME AT A
 POINT ADJACENT TO THE METER.
 8. CORRECT THE ELECTRICAL LOAD CALCS AND RISER DIAGRAM
 TO INCLUDE THE POOL PANEL AND IT'S RESPECTIVE LOAD. LET
 THE CORRECTED RISER DIAGRAM REFLECT THE REQUIRED
 DISCONNECTS ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOME.
 NOTE: YOU WILL NOT NEED TO USE A MAIN BREAKER PANEL
 WHEN THE MAINS ARE OUTSIDE. YOU CAN GET BY WITH A MAIN
 LUG ONLY.
