 DESIGN CRITERIA. IF PLANS ARE NOT PREPARED BY A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL LICENSED UNDER FS471 OR FS481 (ARCHITECT
 OR ENGINEER), CALCULATIONS MAY BE REQUIRED.
  
 2. A CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PERMIT, FS 489.
 SUBMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3. FBC 109, VALUE IS TO INCLUDE THE MARKET VALUE OF
 LABOR AND MATERIALS. CONTRACTOR IS TO PROVIDE A

 PERMITS 1 SIGN PER BUSINESS PLUS 2 ADDITIONAL, FOR A
 TOTAL OF 3 SIGNS ON A BUILDING. THE SIGNAGE ON THE
 FRONT OF THE BUILDING EXCEEDS THIS NUMBER (OTHERWISE IT
 WOULD EXCEED THE SQUARE FOOTAGE ALLOWED ON THE FRONT
 FACADE OF THE BUILDING). THE PROPOSED SIGN IS NOT
 PERMITTED.
  
 2) IF SIGNAGE WERE TO BE REMOVED FROM THE FRONT OF THE
 BUILDING, THEN THE PROPOSED SIGN SIZE WOULD COMPLY WITH
 CODE.
  
 ALLOWED SIGNAGE: 52.2 SQ. FT.
 PROPOSED SIGNAGE: 32 SQ. FT.
  
 3) WHAT IS THE MATERIAL OF THE SIGN AND HOW IS THE SIGN
 BEING AFFIXED TO THE WALL? PLEASE NOTE, THAT THE BOX
 THAT IS MOUNTED TO THE WALL WAS ERECTED WITHOUT A CITY
 ISSUED BUILDING PERMIT. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS
 SIGN PERMIT WITHOUT THE CORRECTION OF THAT DEFICIENCY.
