 COMMISSION. SUCH APPLICATION HAS ALREADY BEEN SUBMITTED
 AND IS BEING PROCESSED ACCORDINGLY.
  
 2. PRIOR TO ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, ALL
 APPLICABLE PERMITS FOR SITE IMPROVEMENTS SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED. SITE IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT
 LIMITED TO THE ADDITION OF PARKING SPACES, ETC. THIS IS
 ALL REFLECTED IN THE MAJOR AMENDMENT DESCRIBED ABOVE.
