 THE BACK OF THE BUILDING SITS ON THE PROPERTY LINE, BUT
 ONE OF THE PROPOSED DOORS APPEARS TO ENCROACH THE
 PROPERTY LINE. ADDITIONALLY, IT APPEARS THAT PLAYGROUND
 EQUIPMENT WAS INSTALLED WITHOUT A PERMIT ON THE
 ADJACENT FEC EASEMENT. APPLY FOR PERMIT.
 IMPROVEMENTS/ENCROACHMENTS ONTO PROPERTY OTHER THAN
 THIS PARCEL ARE TO BE ON SEPARATE PERMITS, SIGNED BY
 THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY.
  
 2. THIS PROPERTY HAS A NUMBER OF EXPIRED PERMITS.
 PLEASE ADDRESS. PLEASE EMAIL [email protected] FOR THE
 PROCEDURE TO CLOSE OUT THE EXPIRED PERMITS.

 NEW EXIT DOORS WILL REQUIRE ILLUMINATED EXIT SIGNS AND
 EMERGENCY LIGHTING. PROVIDE FIRE ALARM PULL STATIONS A
 NEW EXIT DOOR LOCATIONS.
  
 THE INFANT AREA EXIT DOOR (INSTALLED W/O PERMIT) NEEDS
 TO LEAD TO THE PUBLIC WAY; THE CURRENT EXIT DISCHARGE
 IS ENCLOSED BY A FENCED-IN PLAY AREA.
  
 CONVERTING THE CURRENT STORAGE ROOM INTO AN
 "AFTERSCHOOL CARE FOR 3-4-5" YEAR OLDS WILL INCREASE
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD TO GREATER THAN 50 PERSONS WHEREBY
 THE DOORS IN THE MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL SWING IN THE
 DIRECTION TRAVEL. THIS AFFECT THE DOUBLE-DOORS
 SOUTHWEST OF THE KITCHEN AND THE MAIN ENTRY VESTIBULE
 DOOR.
  
 OWNER WAS DIRECTED TO SUBMIT PLANS FOR PERMIT FOR ALL
 UNPERMITTED WORK INCLUDING NEW BATHROOM LOCATED IN
 INFANT'S AREA. NOTHING SUBMITTED.
