 2) THE CHANGES TO THE EXTERIOR FACADE OF THE BUILDING
 REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT ZONING STAFF HAS DETERMINED
 THAT THE REMOVAL OF THE STONE COLUMNS AND THE ARCHWAYS
 ON THE SOUTH FACADE OF THE BUILDING DO NOT MEET THE
 MASTER DESIGN GUIDELINES FOR CITYPLACE, AND STAFF WILL
 NOT APPROVE A MINOR AMENDMENT FOR THE PLANS AS
 CURRENTLY SUBMITTED.
  
 3) THE STONE AND TILE APPLICATIONS TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 THE BUILDING ARE OUT OF PLACE ON THIS BUILDING, SINCE
 THE REMAINDER OF THE BUILDING IS STUCCO.
  
 4) THE WALK-UP BAR IS NOT A PERMITTED USE FOR THE
 BUILDING AND SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE PLANS.
  
 5) THE REVISED CANOPY, AWNINGS AND SIGNS REQUIRE
 SEPARATE PERMITS.
