 FBC R302.3. THE ONE HOUR FIRE RESISTIVE WALL SHALL
 EXTEND FROM THE FOUNDATION TO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE ROOF
 SHEATHING. ALSO SEE THE EXCEPTIONS.
  
 3) THE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR THE STRUCTURAL MULLIONS NOA
 NO. 10-0510.14 HAS BEEN SUPERSEDED. SUBMIT TWO COPIES
 OF THE CURRENT PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE STRUCTURAL
 MULLIONS. DCA RULE 9N-3
  
 4) THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EXTERIOR
 FIBERGLASS DOOR ARE INCOMPLETE. HALF OF EACH SHEET IS
 MISSING. THE DRAWINGS WILL NEED TO BE SHRUNK TO FIT ON
 THE 8.5" X 11" PAPER. PLEASE SUBMIT COMPLETE DRAWINGS.

 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR

 6) BASED ON INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THE PALM BEACH
 COUNTY PROPERTY APPRAISER, IT APPEARS THAT THIS
 STRUCTURE IS AN EXISTING SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING. THE
 PROPOSED RENOVATION IS TO CONVERT IT TO A TWO FAMILY
 DWELLING AND CONVERT EXISTING STORAGE TO LIVING SPACE.
 THEREFORE, THE APPROVED PLANS WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED
 BY PALM BEACH COUNTY TO DETERMINE IF ANY IMPACT FEES
