 PLEASE ADDRESS. EITHER PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF PERMITS FOR
 THE STRUCTURE AND MODIFICATIONS, REMOVE THE STRUCTURE,
 OR PROVIDE PLANS FOR THE STRUCTURE FOR REVIEW. PLANS
 ARE TO INCLUDE ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY STRUCTURAL
 DETAILS, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, AND ELECTRICAL. IF SIZE

 ON SURVEY, PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING NEW FOOTPRINT
 INCLUDING DISTANCE TO PROPERTY LINES AND OTHER

 2. SEE FBC RESIDENTIAL TABLE 302.1, EXTERIOR WALL TO
 HAVE A 1 HOUR FIRE RATING IF LOCATED LESS THAN 3' FROM
 PROPERTY LINE, AND NO OPENINGS (WINDOWS/DOORS) ON THAT
 ELEVATION PERMITTED. OVERHANG WHICH PROJECTS LESS THAN
 2' FROM THE PROPERTY LINE IS TO HAVE A 1 HOUR RATING.
