 NAME AND SIGNATURE OF THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE

 3. INCLUDE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA ON THE PLAN, FBC R 301.
  
 4. IT IS NOT CLEAR HOW THE WALLS WILL BE STRUCTURALLY

 WILL SILL PLATES AND TOP PLATES BE INSTALLED THROUGH

 AND ROOF ABOVE? UNDER WHAT WIND DESIGN CRITERIA WAS THE
 CARPORT CONSTRUCTED? THIS IS A PARTIALLY ENCLOSED
 STRUCTURE, YOU ARE NOW MAKING A PORTION AN ENCLOSED
 STRUCTURE, BUT NO INFORMATION REGARDING REINFORCEMENT
 OF EXISTING WAS PROVIDED. IT APPEARS THAT ENGINEERING
 MAY BE REQUIRED. ADDITIONAL DETAILS SHOWING HOW THE
 WOOD FRAME WALLS WILL BE INTEGRATED INTO THE EXISTING
