 LOAD OF LESS THAN 50 PERSONS SHALL BE TREATED AS A
 MERCANTILE OCCUPANCY.
  
 ALL CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WORK SHALL CONFORM TO
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF NFPA 241. TRASH AND CONSTRUCTION
 DEBRIS SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE DAILY. SMOKING
 SHALL BE PROHIBITED EXCEPT IN DESIGNATED EXTERIOR
 AREAS. ALL OTHER DEMOLITION OR CONSTRUCTION AREAS SHALL
 HAVE "NO SMOKING" SIGNS POSTED.
  
 PROVIDE PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS. EXTINGUISHERS
 SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM RATING OF 2A:10BC AND SHALL BE
 TAGGED BY A LICENSED FIRE EXTINGUISHER COMPANY.

 403.2: WHERE PLUMBING FIXTURES ARE REQUIRED, SEPARATE
 FACILITIES SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR EACH SEX. THIS
 FACILITY DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF ANY OF THE
 THREE EXCEPTIONS TO THIS REQUIREMENT. ALTHOUGH THE
 BUILDING OCCUPANCY MAY BE CONSIDERED GROUP "B" AS AN
 ASSEMBLY USE WITH LESS THAN 50 PERSONS, IT IS STILL A
 "FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENT" WITH SEATING FOR MORE THAN
 TEN PERSONS. PLEASE ALSO CONSIDER THAT EXTERIOR SEATING
 HAS BEEN PROVIDED FOR THIS FACILITY IN THE PAST. AN
 OCCUPANT ALLOWANCE SHOULD ALSO BE MADE FOR ANY EXTERIOR
 SEATING WHICH MAY SUBSEQUENTLY BE PROVIDED FOR THIS
 ESTABLISHMENT.
