 1) THE TERMINAL ISLAND ADJACENT TO THE FOUR ADA SPACES
 REQUIRES A D CURB.
  
 2) THIS LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL BECOME THE PLAN OF RECORD
 FOR THE SITE. AS SUCH PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING
 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THE PLAN:
  
 A. INDICATE THE EXISTING TREES ON THE SITE, NUMBER AND
 SPECIES, ON THE PLANT LIST. THESE CAN BE UNDER A
 SUBHEADING OF "EXISTING" TREES.
  
 B. INDICATE THE SPECIES OF THE OFF-SITE TREES WHICH ARE
 ADJACENT TO THE SITE.
  
 C. ADD A NOTE THAT IF THE MATURE OFF-SITE TREES ALONG
 THE PROPERTY LINES ARE REMOVED, THEN TREES WILL BE
 INSTALLED ON-SITE WITHIN THE REQUIRED PERIMETER
 LANDSCAPE BUFFER. PLEASE INDICATE WHAT SPECIES OF TREE
 WOULD BE PLANTED. PROVIDE THE BUFFER TREE CALCULATIONS
 AS A BASELINE FOR HOW MANY REPLACEMENT TREES COULD BE
 REQUIRED AT FULL REPLACEMENT.
  
 D. ADD THE XERISCAPE TABLE.
  
 E. ADD THE FOUNDATION PLANTING INFORMATION.
  
 F. MORE ACCURATE TRACKING OF THE PALM SUBSTITUTION.
  
 G. THE LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS TABLE DOES NOT INCLUDE
 THE CALCULATION FOR THE PAVED AREAS UTILIZED BY MOTOR
 VEHICLES (IS IN ADDITION TO PARKING SPACE LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS).
  
 F. THE PLANS SHALL CLEARLY STATE THAT THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
 ADJACENT TO THE SITE SHALL BE SODDED.
  
 3) THE NUMBER OF PALMS SHOWN IN THE PLANT LIST DOES NOT
 MATCH HOW MANY PALMS ARE "PROVIDED" IN THE LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS TABLE.
  
 4) THERE SHALL BE A TREE OR PALM(S) PLANTED ALONG THE
 PERIMETER BUFFER IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING IN THE SOUTH
 CORNER OF THE SITE (IN THE VICINITY OF DIMENSION LINE
 OF 49.58'). THIS SPOT HAS NO CONFLICT WITH OFF-SITE
 TREES.
  
 5) THE PORTION OF THE BUFFER STRIP ALONG THE SOUTHWEST
 SIDE OF THE BUILDING AND GENERATOR AREA SHALL HAVE THE
 REQUIRED BUFFER TREES OR PALMS INSTALLED. THIS AREA HAS
 NO CONFLICT WITH OFF-SITE TREES.
  
 6) THERE SHALL BE TREES, OF AN APPROPRIATE SPECIES AND
 SPACING, INSTALLED IN THE EASTERN LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 STRIP (NEAR THE ADA PARKING SPACES). THIS SPOT HAS NO
 CONFLICT WITH MATURE OFF-SITE TREES.
  
 7) A HEDGE IS REQUIRED WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFERS
 ADJACENT TO THE PARKING AREAS.
  
 8) THE DETAILS ON SHEET LP-2 STATE THAT ROOT BARRIERS
 WILL BE USED WHEN CLOSE TO PBCWUD FACILITIES. THIS
 SHOULD BE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH WATER AND/OR SEWER
 FACILITIES.

 1) THE SCOPE OF WORK FOR THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SHALL
 INCLUDE THE NEW WORK IN THE PARKING LOT (CURBING,
 DUMPSTERS, ETC.). THE LANDSCAPE AREAS CAN NOT BE
 INSTALLED WITHOUT THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) PLEASE NOTE: A STRIPING PERMIT IS REQUIRED TO BE
 SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING DEPARTMENT FOR THE PARKING
 LOT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PARKING STALL DETAIL ON THE
 CIVIL PLANS CALL OUT EIGHT (8) WIDE PARKING STALLS,
 WHICH ARE TOO NARROW.
