 AMENDMENT THAT IS CURRENTLY IN PROCESS BY THE CITY
 COMMISSION. THE FIRST READING IS NOT UNTIL NOV. 13,
 2012.
  
 2) ADDITIONALLY, THE EXPANSION REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF
 A FORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW, PER THE MORSELIFE CSPD. THE
 FORMAL SITE PLAN HAS NOT BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE CITY FOR
 REVIEW. ZONING WILL NOT REVIEW THE BUILDING PERMIT
 PLANS UNTIL THE FORMAL SITE PLAN HAS BEEN APPROVED. THE
 PLANS SUBMITTED FOR BUILDING PERMIT SHALL MATCH THE
 APPROVED FORMAL SITE PLAN APPROVAL.
