 IN THE PAST WHICH CAN ONLY BE DIVINED BY EXHAUSTIVE
 RESEARCH (THE DATE NOT THE VALUE, SINCE THERE IS NO
 RECOGNIZED METHOD TO ESTABLISH THE VALUE IN THE PAST).

 R301.2(1) OF 2010 FBC-RESIDENTIAL AND SEC. 94-546 OF
 CITY CODE REQUIRES NEW CONSTRUCTION OR SUBSTANTIAL
 IMPROVEMENT SHALL HAVE THE LOWEST FLOOR ELEVATED 6
 INCHES ABOVE THE BASE FLOOD ELEVATION. BASE FLOOD
 ELEVATIONS IS 7'-0". THEREFORE THE MIN. FINISH FLOOR
 ELEVATION IS 7'-6". PLEASE PROVIDE SURVEY SHOWING THE
