 SUBMIT TWO SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE STORM
 PANELS THAT WILL BE USED ON THE SINGLE AND DOUBLE
 FRENCH DOORS. SPECIFY THE ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FROM THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT WILL BE USED. INCLUDE THE
 MOUNTING OPTION, THE FASTENER TYPE AND SPACING, SPAN
 AND GLASS CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS.
  
 12) THE PLANS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN IMPACT FEE
 REVIEW BY PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE STAMPED PLANS AND A
 COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE
