 1- ENGINEER TO REVISE CALCULATIONS SUBMITTED.
 A) REVISE THE MOMENT OF RESISTANCE CALCULATIONS FOR
 FIELD AND PERIMETER ZONES. KEEP IN MIND THAT THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES ARE NEGATIVE WHEN RUNNING THE CALCULATIONS.
 SEC. 107.2.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 B) CHECK THE HEIGHT OF THE BUILDINGS. ACCORDING TO OUR
 RECORDS BUILDINGS ARE FOUR STORIES HIGH. THEREFORE,
 30'-0" HEIGHT NEEDS TO BE REVISED. REVISE CALCULATIONS
 AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 2- FOR YOUR INFORMATION: REPAIRS THAT ARE MORE THAN 25%
 OF THE ROOF AREA REQUIRE RE-ROOFING THE ENTIRE ROOF.
