 WELL AS A SITE PLAN SHOWING LOCATION OF PROPOSED
 IMPROVEMENT AND DISTANCE TO PROPERTY LINES, FBC 106,
 FBC 2010 RESIDENTIAL 302.1.
  
 2. ALL INFORMATION, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS AND
 ACCOMPANYING DATA SHALL BEAR THE NAME AND SIGNATURE OF
 THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DESIGN. (SEE ALSO
 SECTION 107.3.5).
  
 3. FBC 107.2.1.4, PROVIDE A STRUCTURAL ARCHITECTURAL
 QUALITY PLAN, DRAWN TO SCALE. SEE ALSO FBC R 301.1. IT
 IS NOT CLEAR HOW PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION WILL RESIST
 LOADS SUCH AS WIND AND GRAVITY, APPEARS THAT ONLY A
 TRUSS END AND A STRAP ARE TO SUPPORT THE NEW ROOF
 FRAMING. AS PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION DOES NOT IMPLEMENT
 CONSTRUCTION METHODS TYPICAL OF THIS AREA, PROVIDE
 CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THAT THE EXISTING TRUSSES AND
 PROPOSED NAILINT/STRAP TO TRUSS AND TIE BEAM ARE
 ADEQUATE TO RESIST WIND AND GRAVITY LOADS. FBC R
 801.2.1.6.4, ALSO PROVIDE CALCULATIONS TO SHOW THAT
 EXISTING TRUSSES CAN PROVIDE THE RESISTANCE TO LOADS
