 2. IT APPEARS THAT THE DECORATIVE BANDING, COLUMNS,
 BALCONIES, ETC. ARE EXTENDING OUT FROM THE FA?ADE OF
 THE EXISTING STRUCTURE (1ST FLOOR), FURTHER ENCROACHING
 INTO THE REQUIRED SETBACK. SEE THE COMMENTS BELOW
 RELATING TO THIS ISSUE:
  
 A. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-144(2) OF THE ZLDRS, THE
 SETBACK IS A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE PROPERTY
 LINE.
  
 B. ON THE SITE PLAN, IN ADDITION TO SHOWING THE
 EXISTING OUTLINE OF THE BUILDING, PLEASE INDICATE THE
 OUTLINE OF ALL IMPROVEMENTS, INCLUDING DECORATIVE
 COLUMNS, BANDING, BALCONIES, ETC. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-305(B)(2) OF THE ZLDRS, STRUCTURAL INTRUSIONS SHALL
 NOT EXTEND MORE THAN THREE (3) FEET INTO ANY REQUIRED
 SETBACK.
  
 C. ON THE ELEVATIONS, SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE PROPERTY
 LINE. ALSO, SHOW THE BALCONIES THAT PROJECT ON THE
 SIDES. FOR EXAMPLE, ON THE NORTH ELEVATION, SHOW THE
 BALCONIES THAT PROJECT FROM THE EAST ELEVATION, ETC.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE TO
 THE NEW ADDITION. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY NEW CONSTRUCTION
 (SUCH AS THE ADDITIONAL BUILDING HEIGHT) SHALL CONFORM
 TO THE MINIMUM SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF FIVE (5) FEET.
 IF THE EXISTING BUILDING DOES NOT CONFORM TO THIS
 PROVISION, THEN THE NEW ADDITION SHALL BE RECESSED TO
 MEET THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.
