 EXST BLDG CODE 912.2.1 FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM. WHERE A
 CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION OCCURS THAT REQUIRES
 AN AUTOMATIC FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM TO BE PROVIDED BASED
 ON THE NEW OCCUPANCY IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9 OF

 HAVE THEIR EXITS A MINIMUM OF 1/3 THE DIAGONAL APART.

 THE SEATING AREA IS APPROXIMATELY 1,050 SQUARE FEET
 WHICH EQUATES TO AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 70 PERSONS BASED
 UPON AN OCCUPANT LOAD FACTOR OF 15 SQ.FT. PER PERSON
 USING TABLES/CHAIRS.
  
 UPDATE THE CODE LIST TO REFERENCE THE 2010 EDITION OF
 THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION CODE WHICH CONTAINS THE
 2009 EDITION OF BOTH NFPA 1 AND NFPA 101 WITH FLORIDA
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 PROVIDE TACTILE SIGNAGE AT ALL REQUIRED EXIT DOORS WITH
 EXIT SIGNS.
  
 AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY WILL REQUIRE TWO SEPARATE EXITS.
  
 THE PLANS INDICATE THIS BUILDING IS PROTECTED BY AN
 AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM. PLEASE CONFIRM AS OUR
 RECORDS DO NOT SHOW SPRINKLERS IN THIS BUILDING.
  
 A THUMB TURN LOCK IS NOT PERMITTED ON THE MAIN ENTRY
 DOOR; HOWEVER, THE MAIN ENTRY IS PERMITTED TO BE
