 FRONT: 25 FEET.
 SIDE: FIVE FEET FROM THE LOT LINES.
 CORNER: SAME AS REQUIRED FOR PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE.
 REAR: FIVE FEET MINIMUM OR 15 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE
 OF THE ALLEY TO A GARAGE DOOR FACING THE ALLEY,
