 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF
 ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO
 UNIT COST SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT
 APPLICATION. SEE COMMENT NUMBER 3. HAVE DAVE BODKER
 CONTACT ME TO ADDRESS PPRC COMMENTS OR REFER TO AGENT
 WHO HAS COPY OF PPRC COMMENTS THAT ARE OUTSTANDING
 REGARDING TREE REMOVAL.
  
 5. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE IRRIGATION PLAN WITH THE
 IRRIGATION PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 ANY OUTSTANDING PPRC COMMENTS WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
 PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING PERMIT.
