 1. TWO (2) COPIES OF A CURRENT AND ACCURATE SURVEY
 SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING THE LOCATION OF
 EACH OF THE PROPOSED GAZEBOS. THE SITE PLANS SHALL NOTE
 THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE EDGE OF THE GAZEBO TO
 ALL ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-207(C)(4) OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), ALL STRUCTURES SHALL BE LOCATED A
 MINIMUM OF 40 FEET FROM THE BOUNDARY OF THE RESIDENTIAL
 PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (I.E. SOUTH AND EAST PROPERTY
 LINES).
  
 3. AS THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE
 FOXHALL RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (RPD), AND
 MINOR AMENDMENT APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO AND
 APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ?
 PLANNING DIVISION PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT.
