 APPEARS TO BE APPROXIMATELY 800 SQ.FT. WHICH EQUATES TO
 AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 54 PERSONS BASED UPON 15 SQ.FT. PER
 PERSON. THIS WOULD RESULT IN AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY AND
 NOT A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY WHEREBY THE LIFE SAFETY DESIGN
 WOULD NEED TO MODIFIED TO ACCOMPANY THIS OCCUPANCY
 TYPE.
  
 POSTING A MAXIMUM OCCUPANT LOAD SIGN WILL NOT SOLVE
 THIS ISSUE AND WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT TO
 MONITOR/ENFORCE. THIS ROOM MAY BE USED BY ANOTHER
