 A. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS FROM PERMIT NUMBER 10020553
 WERE NOT ADDRESSED. THEY HAVE BEEN REPEATED BELOW:
  
 1. WEDELIA IS A PROHIBITED SPECIES AND MAY NOT BE
 PLANTED.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE LAND AND
 PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK
 SURFACES AND REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN
 SPACE AREAS SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS
 SHALL BE SODDED. SOD MUST BE PLANTED IN THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY UNLESS YOU OBTAIN WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM
 THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT TO USE SHRUBS OR GROUND
 COVER.
  
 3. OPEN SPACE IS CALCULATED BY TAKING THE TOTAL LOT
 AREA AND DEDUCTING THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT. THE
 DIFFERENCE IS THE OPEN SPACE FOR WHICH THE LANDSCAPE
 CALCULATIONS ARE BASED UPON. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL
 LOT AREA AND THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE STRUCTURES.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3) (II), IN ALL
 AREAS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY) THAT ARE TO BE
 PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE, IRRIGATION SYSTEMS
 SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120 PERCENT COVERAGE.
  
 B. THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE BASED ON THE CHANGES FROM
 THE PREVIOUS PLAN THAT ARE REFLECTED ON THE NEW PLAN.
  
 1. THE DRIVEWAY AND THE REAR SIDEWALK TO THE SECOND
 BUILDING ARE NOT SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE PLAN
 SHALL ACCURATELY REFLECT ALL SITE CONDITIONS.
  
 2. THE BURSERA SIMARUBA IS SHOWN IN THE LOCATION THAT
 OTHER PLANS SHOW THE DRIVEWAY AND SIDEWALK.
  
 3. SECTION 94-482 REQUIRES THAT 75 PERCENT OR 1,000 SQ.
 FT., WHICHEVER IS LESS, OF THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE
 LANDSCAPED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE CALCULATIONS TO VERIFY
 THIS STANDARD IS BEING MET.
  
 4. MULCH MAY NOT BE COUNTED AS LANDSCAPE MATERIAL, AND
 THEREFORE THE FRONT YARD MAY NOT HAVE "MULCH ZONES".
