 1) SHEET S-1 INDICATES THE BAR JOIST ARE CANTILEVERED
 FOR THE FRONT PORTION OF THE BUILDING, BUT THE PLANS
 ALSO INDICATE ALL OF THE FRONT WALLS ARE NON-LOAD
 BEARING WALLS, WHERE IS THE FRONT SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR
 THE CANTILEVERED BAR JOIST.? 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL
 INFORMATION REQUIRED, WHAT PART OF THE SYSTEM IS THE
 MAIN WIND FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM (MFRRS).
  
 2)DETAIL # 3 SHEET S1 INDICATES BY THE WALL LEGEND THIS
 TO BE A NEW 2X8 NON-BEARING EXTERIOR WALL, PLANS DO NOT
 INDICATE CLEARLY HOW THE WALL WILL BE SECURED TO THE
 EXISTING BAR JOIST TO ANCHOR THE WALL FROMLATERAL
 MOVEMENT IN A HIGH WIND EVENT. PLEASE PROVIDE THE
 SPACING OF THE BAR JOIST.
  
 3) THE SAME SITUATION WILL OCCUR WITH THE ACCORDIAN
 STORM SHUTTERS, THERE IS NO DETAIL HOW THE STORM
 SHUTTERS WILL BE ANCHORED INTO THE MAIN WIND FORCE
 RESISTING SYSTEM. PLEASE NOTE THE ACCORDIAN SHUTTER
 PRODUCT APPROVAL HAS VERY LIMITED TESTING DETAILS FOR
 THE UPPER TRACK AND ANCHORING DETAILS. PLEASE
 HIGHLIGHT, CIRCLE ALL DETAILS, BLADE TYPE, VERTICLA
 LENGHT AND ANCHORING REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS INSTALATION.
 CIRCLE THE CLEARENCE REQUIRED FROM THE GLASS TO THE
 SHUTTER.
  
 4) PLEASE HIGHLIGHT THE VARIOUS CONDITIONS FOR
 ANCHORING THE ACCORDIAN SHUTTER TO THE NON-LOAD BEARING
 WALL, IT APPEARS THE EXTERIOR WALLS ARE TO BE PART OF
 THE MAIN WIND FORCE RESISTING SYSTEM SINCE THE STORM
 SHUTTERS ARE GOING TO BE ATTACHED TO THEM.
  
 5) SHEET S-1 DETAIL # 2 IS NOT CLEAR HOW TO TERMINATE
 THE STEEL 6"X3" STEEL TUBE, IS THERE TO BE STEEL TUBING
 ABOVE THE BOTTOM LEG OF THE BAR JOIST TO CONTINUE
 THROUGH TO THE NEXT BAR JOIST SO THE 6"X3" TUBE IS NOT
 CANTILEVERED? 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED.

 THE TOP PLATE LOCATION. THERE IS NO DETAIL ABOUT THE
 BOTTOM ANCHORING OF THIS AREA, DOES THE FRAMING
 CONTINUE TO THE FLOOR OR DOES THE BLOCK
 KNEE WALL CONTINUE THROUGH THIS AREA? 106.1.2.
  
 7) PLANS INDICATE STONE OR STUCCO FINISHAPPLY PER
 PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS PLEASE BE AWARE OF 2010 FBC-B
 1404.2 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER.
 EXTERIOR WALLS OF FRAME CONSTRUCTION RECEIVING A VENEER
 SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER. THE
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF ONE LAYER
 OF NO. 15 ASPHALT FELT, COMPLYING WITH ASTM D 226 FOR
 TYPE 1 FELT OR OTHER APPROVED MATERIALS, SHALL BE
 ATTACHED TO THE SHEATHING, WITH FLASHING AS DESCRIBED
 IN SECTION 1405.3, IN SUCH A MANNER AS TO PROVIDE A
 CONTINUOUS WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER BEHIND THE EXTERIOR
 WALL VENEER.
  
 1404.2.1 WHERE CEMENT PLASTER (STUCCO) IS TO BE APPLIED
 TO LATH OVER FRAME CONSTRUCTION, MEASURES SHALL BE
 TAKEN TO PREVENT BONDING BETWEEN THE CEMENT PLASTER AND
