 BOTTOM OF ALL FRAMED EXTERIOR STUCCO WALLS BELOW THE
 FLOOR LINE WHERE THE WALL IS SUPPORTED BY A FLOOR OR
 FOUNDATION.
  
 4) SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R703.6.3 WHICH REQUIRES A
 BOND BREAK BETWEEN THE WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER AND THE
 EXTERIOR STUCCO.
  
 5) SHOW THAT THE UNDER-FLOOR SPACE VENTILATION REQUIRED
 BY FBC R408.1 FOR THE EXISTING CRAWL SPACE WILL NOT BE
