 4" THICK CONCRETE. IF THIS IS THE CASE THE PERMIT WILL
 REQUIRE A REVISION TO INCLUDE THE SIDEWALK.
  
 #2 CONCERETE APRON MUST ALSO LINE-UP WITH CONCRETE
 DRIVEWAY APRON. IF YOU NEED A NEW CONCRETE APRON THE
 PERMIT WILL REQUIRE A REVISION TO INLUDE THE APRON.
  
 #3 SEE ATTACHED CITY OF WPB STANDARD CONCRETE APRON
 DETAIL FOR INFORMATION. NEW APRONS ARE REQUIRED TO
 INCLUDE 6" THICKNESS AND 3000PSI CONCRETE MATERIAL.
 PAVERS ARE ALLOWED HOWEVER THIS WOULD TRIGGER A
 DRIVEWAY AGREEMENT WHICH I HAVE ALSO INCLUDED FOR YOUR

 THE NORTHERN DRIVEWAY AT 12 FEET IN WIDTH AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE, WHICH EXCEEDS THE ALLOWABLE WIDTH BY TWO
 (2) FEET.
  
 2) THE CODE PROVISION LISTED IN #1 ABOVE WAS DISCUSSED
 WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER AND CONTRACTOR IN AN ON-SITE
