 THE TUB AREA. SEC. 601.2 OF 2010 FBC-EXISTING BUILDING
 CODE AND SEC. R308.4 OF 1020 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 ***NOTE: IF EXISTING WINDOW IS IMPACT WINDOW, THEN IT
 MEETS THE SAFETY GLASS REQUIREMENTS. OTHERWISE, PRODUCT
 APPROVAL IS REQUIRED.
