 1) 2007 FBC-B ADMINISTRATIVE CODE (WPB) 106.1.3 QUALITY
 OF PLANS. THESE ARE PHOTOCOPIED PLANS AND NOT OF
 SUFFECIENT CLARITY TO BE SCANNED INTO THE CITY'S RECORD
 RETENTION PROGRAM WITHOUT LOSS AND CLARITY.
 106.1.1PROVIDE DRAFTSMAN QUALITY PLANS WITH SUFFICIENT
 CLARITY, DETAILS INDICATING THE LOCATION, SCOPE OF
 WORK, SHOW DETAILS THAT IT WILL CONFORM TO THE
 PROVISIONS OF THIS CODE AND REVELENT LAWS, ORDINANCES
 RULES & REGULATIONS, AS DETERMINED BY THE BUILDING
 OFFICIAL, PLEASE REVIEW 106.3.5 FOR THE MINIMUM PLAN
 REVIEW CRITERIA FOR BUILDING PLANS.
  
 2) THE PLANS ARE LACKING A TITLE BLOCK INDICATING WHO
 THE DESIGNER IS FOR THIS PROJECT, 106.1 IF THE DESIGGN
 IS BY THE CONTRACTOR OF RECORD THEN THEEY MUST TAKE
 OWNERSHIP OF THE PROJECT WITH PRINTING THEIR NAME,
 SIGNING THEIR NAME AND APPLYING THEIR LICENSE NUMBER TO
 THE PLANS THEY HAVE DEVELOPED.
  
 3) THE PROPERTY APPRAISERS OFFICE INDICATES THIS AREA
 TO HAVE BEEN CONSIDERED STORAGE WHICH WILL MEAN THIS IS
 A CHANGE OF OCCUPAANCY. THIS ENACTS THE 2007/09 FLORIDA
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE CHAPTER 9. EX BLDG CODE 901.3.1
 PAARTIAL CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION. WHERE A
 PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED TO A NEW
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, SECTION 912 OF THE EX BLDG
 CODE SHALL APPLY.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW CAN NOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY APPEAR THAT WERE NOT PART OF
 THIS REVIEW.
  
 3A) PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE MINIMUM BLDG TYPE
  
 3B) PLANS FAIL TO PROVIDE SQ. FT OF THE BUILDING TYPE &
 THE MAIN USE (OCCUPANCY) FOR THE BUILDING OR IF MIXED
 USE.
  
 3C) PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE IF THIS BUILDING CONTAINS A
 ACTIVE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
  
 3D) THE SECOND FLOOR AREA DOES NOT PROVIDE ENCLOSED
 STAIRWELLS, ALSO INDICATE FIRE RATING.
  
 3E) PLANS FAIL TO PROVIDE VERTICAL ACCESSIBILITY, IF
 THE OLD FREIGHT ELEVATOR IS TO BE USED PLEASE INDICATE
 THE FIRE RATING AROUND SAID ELEVATOR AND 1 HOUR RATED
 FIRE DOORS.
 IT ALSO APPEARS THE OFFICE AREA TO THE RIGHT OF THIS
 NEW OFFICE AREA IS AT DIFFERENT FLOOR ELEVATIONS WILL
 THE USE OF A LULA LIFT BE USED FOR CODE COMPLIANCE IN
 THIS AREA?
  
 3F) ACCESSIBILITY DUTY TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBILTY 20%
 DISPROPORTIONATE COST. 2007 FBC-B 11-4.1.6.(2)(2)(A).
  
 3G) IF BUILDING IS NOT FIRE SPRINKLERED PLEASE SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH AREA OF RESCUE ASSISTANCE.
  
 3H) PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION FOR ELECTRICAL,
 MECHANICAL, ENERGY CODE COMPLIANCE.
  
 3I) PLANS INDICATE THE USE OF A STORE ROOM WHICH IS
 OVER 100 SQ FT, PLANS DO NOT SHOW SEPERATION BETWEEN
 THIS AREA AND OFFICE AREA NOR A RATED DOOR.
  
 4) BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT
 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
