 PLEASE RESPOND IN WRITING.
  
 1) SECTION 94-313(C)2 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT EACH DRIVEWAY
 OPENING BE TEN (10) FEET OR LESS IN WIDTH AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE PLANS INDICATE THAT THE DRIVEWAY IS
 13 FEET WIDE AT THE PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2) SECTION 94-482(D)5 OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS REQUIRES THAT THE INTERIOR ARC
 OF THE CIRCULAR DRIVE HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF FIVE (5)
 FEET. NO DIMENSION LINES ARE SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
  
 3) THE DRIVEWAY IS DEPICTED ON THE PLAN AS HAVING A SIX
 (6) FOOT WEST SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE, BUT THE
 PLANS SHOW THE DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTED ABUTTING THE FIVE
 (5) FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT. PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 4) THE PROPOSED DRIVEWAY PLAN IS INCONSISTENT WITH THE
 PLANS SUBMITTED WITH THE MAIN BUILDING PERMIT
 11010629). EX. THE NORTHERNMOST GARAGE DRIVEWAY WAS
 SHOWN AT 26.5 FEET WIDE AND THE DRIVEWAY PERMIT SHOWS A
 20 FOOT WIDE DRIVEWAY AND THE DRIVEWAY SHAPE IN-FRONT
 OF THE BUILDING IS DIFFERENT. WHICH PLAN IS CORRECT?
  
 5) IF THE BUILDING PERMIT PLAN IS CORRECT, PLEASE
 SUBMIT 2 COPIES OF THAT PLAN, AS ALL OF THE INFORMATION
 REQUIRED IN #1-3 ABOVE IS INCLUDED.
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE INSTALLATION
 METHOD OF THE PAVERS.
