 IMPORTANT NOTE: SITE PLAN APPROVAL WAS NOT GIVEN BY THE
 PLANNING DIVISION. ADDITIONALLY, FINAL APPROVAL IS
 CONTINGENT UPON THE ZONING REVIEW DURING THE BUILDING
 PERMIT PROCESS.
  
 2. SITE DATA:
  
 A. PARKING SUMMARY SHOWS 34 REQUIRED PARKING STALLS,
 BUT 32 UNDER "PROVIDED". REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
 B. PROVIDE PARKING BREAKDOWN FOR THE NUMBER OF COMPACT
 (SMALL CAR) PARKING PROPOSED. THE NUMBER OF SMALL CAR
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE NO MORE THAN 25% OF THE TOTAL
 PARKING REQUIREMENT. THE MAXIMUM COMPACT SPACES IS
 EIGHT (8).
  
 3. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-485(J)(1): THERE
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF TEN (10) FEET SEPARATION BETWEEN
 ALL ACCESS DRIVES. THE SEPARATION SHALL BE MEASURED
 ALONG THE CURBLINE. THE SINGLE PARKING STALL AT THE
 SOUTHWEST CORNER DOES NOT COMPLY AND IS UNSAFE. FOR
 INSTANCE, WHEN A CAR IS BACKING OUT OF THE PARKING,
 THERE ARE TWO MANEUVERING CONFLICTS. ONE, IS IF ANOTHER
 CAR IS MAKING A RIGHT FROM THE ADJACENT INGRESS AREA,
 THERE IS VERY LIMITED VISUAL AREA TO SEE THE CAR
 BACKING OUT, WHILE THE DRIVER IS ALSO PAYS ATTENTION TO
 THE ONCOMING TRAFFIC FROM THE DRIVE-THRU AREA. SECOND
 CONFLICT, THE CAR CANNOT BACK OUT OF THE PARKING STALL
 BECAUSE THE QUEUING LANE TO EGRESS (EXIT) TO OKEECHOBEE
 BLVD. IS BLOCKING THE CAR. IT CREATES A VERY UNSAFE
 TRAFFIC SITUATION THAT CAN BE EASILY FIXED BY DELETING
 THE PARKING STALL AND MOVING IT TOWARDS THE NORTH
 PARKING AREA.
  
 4. SHOW THE ANGLE OF THE PARKING SPACES, BASED ON THE
 ANGLE, PROVIDE MINIMUM DIMENSIONS PURSUANT TO THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"),
 SECTION 94-485(J)(2), FIGURE XV-2.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO THE ZLDR, SECTION 94-485(G):
  
 A. PROVIDE SIGNAGE TO CAUTION MERGING VEHICLES FROM THE
 SECOND DRIVE-THRU MENU BOARD (OUTER SIDE) TO "CAUTION
 MERGING TRAFFIC" FROM THE ONCOMING TRAFFIC FROM THE
 PRIMARY MENU BOARD (INNER BOARD, CLOSEST TO BUILDING).
 ALSO, IS THERE A MAXIMUM HEIGHT BAR ON THE OUTER MENU
 BOARD AREA? IF NOT, PROVIDE ONE.

 LOADING SPACE IS REQUIRED.
  
 7. A TERMINAL ISLAND IS REQUIRED ON THE NORTHEAST
 CORNER OF THE ANGLED PARKING (ADJACENT TO THE EXISTING
 1-STORY TRAINING BUILDING. THE CURBING SHALL EXTEND THE
 ENTIRE DEPTH/LENGTH OF THE PARKING STALL AND BE SODDED
 AND LANDSCAPED WITH A SHADE TREE. REVISE LANDSCAPE
 PLANS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 8. EXTEND CURBING AND LANDSCAPE AREA AT THE SOUTHEAST
 CORNER (ENTRY/INGRESS AREA) TO COVER THE ENTIRE
 DEPTH/LENGTH OF THE PARKING STALL.
  
 9. SUBMIT A REVISED COPY OF THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOWING
 REVISED SITE PLAN IMPROVEMENTS AND EXISTING/PROPOSED
