 DEEP FAT FRYERS SHALL BE EQUIPPED WITH A SEPARATE
 HIGH-LIMIT CONTROL IN ADDITION TO THE ADJUSTABLE
 THERMOSTAT TO SHUT OFF FUEL OR ENERGY WHEN THE FAT
 TEMPERATURE REACHES 475F DEGREES AT 1-INCH BELOW THE
 SURFACE.
  
 ASSEMBLY ROOM SHALL HAVE THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE ROOM
 POSTED IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE NEAR THE MAIN EXIT FROM
 THE ROOM. SIGNS SHALL BE DURABLE AND INDICATE THE
 NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS PERMITTED FOR EACH ROOM.
  
 PROVIDE TACTILE SIGNAGE AT ALL REQUIRED EXIT DOORS WITH
 EXIT SIGNS.
  
 VERIFY EXISTING EXIT DOOR LOCK/LATCH RELEASING
 MECHANISMS. NOTE: A THUMB TURN LOCK IS NOT PERMITTED ON
 EXIT DOORS. THE MAIN ENTRY IS PERMITTED TO BE EQUIPPED
 WITH A KEYED LOCK WITH LOCK/UNLOCK INDICATOR WINDOW AND
 SIGNAGE STATING THE DOOR IS TO REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING
 BUSINESS HOURS. NO OTHER LOCKING OR LATCHING MECHANISMS
 ARE PERMITTED.
