 LESS THAN THREE (3) FEET ABOVE GRADE BE SET BACK A
 MINIMUM OF TWO (2) FEET FROM THE SIDE AND REAR PROPERTY
 LINES. THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT INDICATE THE DISTANCE
 FROM THE SIDE AND REAR PROPERTY LINES TO THE EDGE OF
 THE PAVERS. THE TWELVE (12) FOOT WIDTH WOULD RESULT IN
 AN ENCROACHMENT INTO THE REQUIRED TWO (2) FOOT SETBACK.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE FRONT (SOUTH)
 PROPERTY LINE TO THE SOUTH EDGE OF THE PAVERED TERRACE.
 THIS DIMENSION MAY BE NO LESS THAN 26.4 FEET OR THERE

 BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE AS THE PROPERTY REQUIRES THREE
 (3) TREES. IF THE TREES ARE PROPOSED TO BE RELOCATED ON
 THE SITE, THEN A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THIS PERMIT. IF THE TREES HAVE
 BEEN REMOVED, THEN A LANDSCAPE PERMIT SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS IS REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE
