 1) THE NEW CREATION OF RESTROOM VESTIBULE ROOM 018 WILL
 NEED TO COMPLY WITH:
 2007 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3
 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 11-4.22.2 DOORS.
 (1) ALL DOORS TO ACCESSIBLE TOILET ROOMS SHALL COMPLY
 WITH SECTION 11-4.13. DOORS SHALL NOT SWING INTO THE
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE REQUIRED FOR ANY FIXTURE.
  
 2) EXISTING BREAK ROOM 024 INDICATES THE NEW LOCATION
 FOR SINK.
 2007 EXISTING BUILDING CODE LEVEL II 701.3
 COMPLIANCE. ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION ELEMENTS, COMPONENTS,
 SYSTEMS, AND SPACES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS
 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE, BUILDING.
 PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE FOR THE NEW BREAK ROOM SINK:
 11-4.24 SINKS.
 11-4.24.1 GENERAL. SINKS REQUIRED TO BE ACCESSIBLE BY
 SECTION 11-4.1 SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 11-4.24.
 11-4.24.2 HEIGHT. SINKS SHALL BE MOUNTED WITH THE
 COUNTER OR RIM NO HIGHER THAN 34 INCHES (865 MM) ABOVE
 THE FINISH FLOOR.
 11-4.24.3 KNEE CLEARANCE. KNEE CLEARANCE THAT IS AT
 LEAST 27 INCHES (685 MM) HIGH, 30 INCHES (760 MM) WIDE,
 AND 19 INCHES (485 MM) DEEP SHALL BE PROVIDED
 UNDERNEATH SINKS.
 11-4.24.4 DEPTH. EACH SINK SHALL BE A MAXIMUM OF 61/2
 INCHES (165 MM) DEEP.
 11-4.24.5 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AT
 LEAST 30 INCHES BY 48 INCHES (760 MM BY 1219 MM)
 COMPLYING WITH SECTION 11-4.2.4 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 FRONT OF A SINK TO ALLOW FORWARD APPROACH. THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND SHALL
 EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF 19 INCHES (485 MM) UNDERNEATH THE
 SINK (SEE FIGURE 32).
 11-4.24.6 EXPOSED PIPES AND SURFACES. HOT WATER AND
 DRAIN PIPES EXPOSED UNDER SINKS SHALL BE INSULATED OR
 OTHERWISE CONFIGURED SO AS TO PROTECT AGAINST CONTACT.
 THERE SHALL BE NO SHARP OR ABRASIVE SURFACES UNDER
 SINKS.
 11-4.24.7 FAUCETS. FAUCETS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION
 11-4.27.4. LEVER-OPERATED, PUSH-TYPE, TOUCH-TYPE, OR
 ELECTRONICALLY CONTROLLED MECHANISMS ARE ACCEPTABLE
 DESIGNS.
  
 3) 2007/09 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 706.1 GENERAL. A
 BUILDING, FACILITY, OR ELEMENT THAT IS ALTERED SHALL
 COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 11 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE,
 BUILDING .
  
 2007/09 FBC-B 11-4.1.6(2) DUTY TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE
 FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF DISPROPORTIONALITY, THE
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE CHAPTER 11 OF THE FBC-B REQUIRES AN
 ADDITIONAL 20% OF THE CONTRACT VALUE IN BRINGING THE
 BUILDING UP TO THE CURRENT ACCESSBILITY CODE.
 !!-4.1.6(2) (2)(A) WILL PROVIDE WHERE THESE MONIES ARE
 TO BE SPENT.
  
 2) ALTERATIONS TO AN AREA CONTAINING A PRIMARY
 FUNCTION. IN ADDITION TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 11-4.1.6(1), AN ALTERATION THAT AFFECTS OR COULD AFFECT
 THE USABILITY OF OR ACCESS TO AN AREA CONTAINING A
 PRIMARY FUNCTION SHALL BE MADE SO AS TO ENSURE THAT, TO
 THE MAXIMUM EXTENT FEASIBLE, THE PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE
 ALTERED AREA AND THE RESTROOMS, TELEPHONES, AND
 DRINKING FOUNTAINS SERVING THE ALTERED AREA, ARE
 READILY ACCESSIBLE TO AND USABLE BY INDIVIDUALS WITH
 DISABILITIES, UNLESS SUCH ALTERATIONS ARE
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL ALTERATIONS TIN TERMS
 OF COST AND SCOPE.
  
 ALTERATIONS MADE TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL TO ALTERED AREAS SHALL BE DEEMED
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN THE
 COST EXCEEDS 20 PERCENT OF THE COST OF THE ALTERATION
 TO THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA. IN OTHER WORDS AN
 ADDITIONAL $14,500.00 NEEDS TO BE SPENT IN UP GRADEING
 THIS BUILDING TO THE ACCESSIBILITY CODE.
 BELOW IS THE ORDER IN WHICH THESE MODIFICATIONS ARE TO
 TAKE PLACE.
  
 DUTY TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
 DISPROPORTIONALITY.
 (1) WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE
 PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
 THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE
 EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE MADE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING
 DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS.
 (2)(A) IN CHOOSING WHICH ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS TO
 PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE ELEMENTS
 THAT WILL PROVIDE THE GREATEST ACCESS, IN THE FOLLOWING
 ORDER:
 (I) AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE;
 (II) AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA:
 (III) AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR EACH SEX OR
 A SINGLE UNISEX RESTROOM:
 (IV) ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES;
 (V) ACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAINS; AND
 (VI) WHEN POSSIBLE, ADDITIONAL ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH
 AS PARKING, STORAGE, AND ALARMS.

 REQUIRED 18" ON THE LATCH SIDE PER 11-4.13.6. DOOR #
 005, 006, 008,009, 033,035, 036, 039, 040, 041 & 103.
  
 2B) RESTROOMS 025 & 032 BOTH HAVE INSWING DOORS THAT
 SWING INTO THE CLEAR FLOOR SPACE REQUIREMENT REQUIRED
 BY SECTION 11-4.22.2.
  
 2C) BATHROOM# 101 NEEDS TO BE AN ACCESSIBLE BATHROOM
 SINCE IT INDICATES A SHOWER WITH IN THE BATHROOM.
