 1. THE SURVEY IS UNCLEAR AS TO THE LOCATION OF THE
 PROPOSED CARPORT AND THE DIMENSIONS TO THE ADJACENT
 PROPERTY LINES. IT APPEARS THAT THE CARPORT IS TO BE 5
 FEET FROM THE SOUTH PROPERTY LINE AND 5 FEET FROM THE
 EAST PROPERTY LINE?.PLEASE CONFIRM.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-482(A) OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), PARKING AREAS
 IS TO BE SURFACED WITH A SMOOTH, NON-DUSTING SURFACE.
 ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY PROVIDED, THE AREA LEADING UP
 TO AND UNDER THE CARPORT CONSISTS OF SHELL ROCK. THIS
 DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE-REFERENCED PROVISIONS. THE
 SHELL ROCK SHALL BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH A
 NON-DUSTING SURFACE.
