 TIMES THE IMPERVIOUS AREA (EXCLUDING BUILDING AREA),
 WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  
 (THIS CRITERIA ALSO COMPLIES WITH PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
 ESTABLISHED IN CHAPTER 17-25, F.A.C., WITH TREATMENT OF
 THE FIRST INCH OF RUN-OFF ONSITE TO MEET WATER QUALITY
 STANDARDS REQUIRED BY CH. 17-302, SECTION 17-302.500,
 F.A.C. STORMWATER DISCHARGE FACILITIES MUST BE DESIGNED
 SO AS NOT TO DEGRADE THE RECEIVING WATER BODY BELOW THE
 MINIMUM CONDITIONS NECESSARY TO ASSURE THE SUITABILITY
