 PART OF A PENDING SITE PLAN REVIEW APPLICATION FOR THE
 EXPANSION OF THE FISKER DEALERSHIP. SIMILAR COMMENTS
 HAVE BEEN MADE REGARDING THE ENCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS.
 REVISE PLANS ACCORDINGLY IN THE APPLICATION
 RE-SUBMITTAL.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) OUTDOOR STORAGE FOR
 NONRESIDENTIAL USES:
  
 (B) GARBAGE AND TRASH RECEPTACLES SHALL NOT BE
 PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER
 DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY, DURABLE WOOD AND
 STEEL. THE FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE SHALL BE LANDSCAPED
 WITH SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS.
 SHOW DETAILS ON PLAN.
 PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(3)A - PROVIDE A TERMINAL
 ISLAND TO PROTECT LANDSCAPING AROUND DUMPSTER ON THE
 INTERIOR SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT WITH A MINIMUM 5'
 WIDTH WITH CURBING AND SHALL CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING:
  
 TERMINAL ISLANDS. EACH ROW OF PARKING SPACES SHALL BE
 TERMINATED BY LANDSCAPED ISLANDS OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE
 FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN THE LENGTH OF THE
 ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL
 HAVE A MINIMUM RADIUS OF 2? FEET AT ITS END SO AS TO
 ALLOW CAR MANEUVERING. THE LANDSCAPED ISLAND SHALL
 CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE.
  
 3. PROVIDE SETBACK FROM THE ENCLOSURE TO ALL PROPERTY
 LINES.
  
 4. APPROVAL BY THE ENGINEERING/SANITATION DEPARTMENT IS
 REQUIRED SINCE THE MINIMUM SIZE FOR THE DUMPSTER IS
 13'-6 X 13'-6", PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444, FIGURE
 XIV-3. IF PICK-UP OF RECYCLE DUMPSTER IS THROUGH A
 PRIVATE COMPANY, PROVIDE WRITTEN PROOF THAT THE SIZE
 WILL BE ADEQUATE FOR THE ENCLOSURE.
  
 NOTE: COMMENT ADDRESSED, WHEN ENGINEERING APPROVES.
