 1. PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 4114-08, REGULATING THE
 PBAU ATHLETIC COMPLEX COMMUNITY SERVICE PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (CSPD), DIRECT OR INDIRECT LIGHTING SHALL
 NOT EXCEED 0.5 FOOTCANDLES WHEN MEASURE FROM A
 RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT. A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL
 BE PROVIDED INDICATING THE FOOTCANDLES AT THE PROPERTY
 LINES.
  
 2. AS DISCUSSED IN NUMEROUS CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS
 MEETINGS, MODIFICATIONS TO THE PARKING LOT
 CONFIGURATION, ETC. ARE NEEDED DUE TO THE LOCATION OF
 SOME OF THE UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, FIRE HYDRANTS, ETC.
 AN AMENDMENT TO THE CSPD SHALL BE SUBMITTED, AND
 APPROVED BY, THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT PRIOR
 TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE BUILDING PERMIT AS THE PARKING
 LOT MODIFICATIONS WILL LIKELY ALTER THE CONFIGURATION
 OF THE SITE LIGHTING.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 4114-08, PEDESTRIAN-SCALE
 LIGHTING IS TO BE PROVIDED THROUGH-OUT THE CITY?S PARK,
 AT THE EXPENSE OF THE DEVELOPER. THE DESIGN AND
 LOCATION OF THE LIGHTING SHALL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED
 BY THE CITY?S DIRECTOR OF PARKS AND RECREATION, AND
 ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE
 OF A BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 4114-08, THE DEVELOPER
 SHALL PROVIDE WRITTEN EVIDENCE THAT THE FEDERAL
 AVIATION ADMINISTRATION (FAA) HAS REVIEWED AND APPROVED
 THE HEIGHT OF ALL PROPOSED STRUCTURES (INCLUDING
 LIGHTING) AS WELL AS THE LIGHTING PLAN TO ENSURE THAT
 SUCH LIGHTING WILL NOT INTERFERE WITH AIR NAVIGATION.
  
 5. PLEASE NOTE THAT A DETAIL/ELEVATION WILL NEED TO BE
 PROVIDED FOR THE FIXTURES PROPOSED AT THE SPORTS
 FIELDS. THIS COMMENT DOES NOT PERTAIN TO THE
 UNDERGROUND CONDUIT, BUT WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
 PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A PERMIT FOR THE ABOVE-GROUND
 INSTALLATION.
