 OPERATOR SHOWS ON THE AERIALS SUBMITTED THAT IT WILL BE
 INSTALLED ON AN EXISTING PARKING SPACE OR LANDSCAPE
 INTERIOR ISLAND, IS THAT CORRECT? IF SO, PROVIDE A COPY
 OF A SITE PLAN WITH PARKING REQUIRED AND PROVIDED. IF
 THERE IS EXCESS PARKING TO WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE
 PROPERTY THEN A SPACE CAN BE USED FOR THE NEW OPERATOR.
 IF THE AREA IS A REQUIRED LANDSCAPE INTERIOR ISLAND
 WITH AN EXISTING TREE, THEN ANOTHER MORE SUITABLE AREA
 MAY NEED TO BE CONSIDERED. PROVIDE A LEGIBLE SITE PLAN
