 AMENDMENT TO THE LAKEPOINTE CENTRE COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (CPD) SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO, AND APPROVED
 BY, THE CITY?S PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. THE PARKING DETAIL SHALL CONFORM TO THE MINIMUM
 STANDARDS OF THE CITY?S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 3. IT IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED THAT A PARKING SPACE NOT
 BE ELIMINATED TO ACCOMMODATE THE PROPOSED ACCESSIBLE
 ROUTE. PARKING STALLS ARE ONLY REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM
 OF 8.5 FEET IN WIDTH, WHILE THE EXISTING STALLS APPEAR
 TO BE 9.5 FEET. COULD THE EXISTING STALLS BE MODIFIED
 AND RESTRIPED TO GAIN THE NECESSARY FIVE (5) FEET FOR
 THE WALKWAY, WHILE NOT CREATING A ?LEFT-OVER? AREA AS A
 RESULT OF THE PARKING SPACE BEING REMOVED.
 ADDITIONALLY, THIS SHIFTS THE WALKWAY FURTHER WEST AWAY
 FROM THE SIGN TO MAINTAIN THE LANDSCAPING AT THE BASE.
