 PROPERTY LINE ARE NOT SHOWN IN THE CORRECT LOCATION ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE TREES ARE PHYSICALLY LOCATED
 BETWEEN TWO (2) AND THREE (3) FEET FROM THE NORTHERN
 PROPERTY LINE, NOT SIX (6) FEET OFF OF THE PROPERTY
 LINE AS SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. PLEASE REVIEW THE
 SURVEY, WHICH SHOWS THE EXISTING LANDSCAPE STRIP
 LOCATION ALONG THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE.
  
 2) THE CORRECT LOCATION OF THE EXISTING PALM TREES
 WOULD CONFLICT WITH THE NEW CURB ALONG THE NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE, THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED HEDGE AND
 MAY IMPACT THE GRADING AND PROTECTION SPECIFICATIONS
