 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL-FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 BUILDING:
 4.1. BASIC WIND SPEED (3-SECOND GUST), MILES PER HOUR
 (KM/HR).
  
 4.2. WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, I W , AND BUILDING
 CLASSIFICATION FROM TABLE 1604.5 OR TABLE 6-1, ASCE 7

 THERE APPEARS TO BE A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE CUT
 SECTION OF PLANS AND WOOD STUD INFILL DETAILS. PLEASE
 NOTE THE CUT SECTION INDICATES A EXISTING DOUBLE
 2X BUILT UP WOOD BEAM WHERE AS THE WOOD STUD INFILL
 DETAIL INDICATES THERE TO BE A CONCRETE BEAM WITH 4
 INCH POWER CONCRETE SCREWS, PLEASE CLARIFY.
 THIS WALL WILL BECOME PART OF THE MAIN WIND FORCE
 RESISTING SYSTEM AND WILL NEED TO SHOW STRAPPING FROM
 THE WOOD INFILL WALL TO THE BEAM ABOVE.
 R601.2 A CONTINIOUS LOAD PATH BETWEEN FOUNDATIONS,
 WALLS AND ROOFS SHALL BE PROVIDED.

 PLASTER (STUCCO) IS TO BE APPLIED TO LATH OVER FRAME
 CONSTRUCTION, MEASURES SHALL BE TAKEN TO PREVENT
 BONDING BETWEEN THE CEMENT PLASTER AND THE
 WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER. A BOND BREAK SHALL BE PROVIDED
 BETWEEN THE WATER-RESISTIVE BARRIER AND THE CEMENT
 PLASTER (STUCCO) CONSISTING OF ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
