 1) THE SIGN PLAN FOR THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT APPROVED
 AN 8 FOOT 1.5 INCH TALL SIGN AT THIS LOCATION. THE SIGN
 PLAN PROVIDES FOR A MAXIMUM SIGN HEIGHT OF 10 FEET 1.5
 INCHES. THE PROPOSED SIGN IS TOO TALL. REPLACEMENT OF
 THIS SIGN WITH EITHER AN 8 FOOT 1.5 INCH OR 10 FOOT 1.5
 INCH VERSION REQUIRES A MINOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
 AMENDMENT. PLEASE CONTACT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT FOR
 AN APPLICATION. A FACE CHANGE WOULD NOT REQUIRE AN
 AMENDMENT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WIDTH OF THIS SIGN MAY
 BE 8 FEET.
  
 2) PROVIDE A LEGIBLE COPY OF THE SURVEY WHICH SHOWS THE
 DIMENSION OF THE UTILITY EASEMENT. THE SIGN SHALL
 CLEARLY BE SHOWN LOCATED OUTSIDE OF THE UTILITY
