 1. THE AISLE WIDTH FOR TWO-WAY TRAVEL IN PARKING LOTS
 IS 24 FEET. PLEASE RECONFIGURE TO SHOW PROPER
 CIRCULATION FOR TWO-WAY TRAVEL ALONG THE SOUTHERN EDGE
 OF THE PARKING LOT.
  
 2. CURB CUTS FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS CANNOT EXCEED 20
 FEET IN WIDTH. THE WESTERN-MOST CURB CUT IS NOT WIDE
 ENOUGH FOR BOTH INGRESS AND EGRESS AS SHOWN ON SHEET
 G1.1. EITHER REDESIGN TO ACCOMODATE BOTH INGRESS OR
 EGRESS, OR DESIGNATE WHICH WAY THE TRAFFIC WILL FLOW
 AND RECONFIGURE THE PARKING LOT ACCORDINGLY.
 CONVERSELY, THE CENTRAL CURB CUT IS TOO WIDE AND SHOULD
 BE REDUCED ACCORDINGLY. THE EASTERN-MOST CURB CUT NEEDS
 MINOR ADJUSTMENT TO MEET THE 20-FOOT REQUIREMENT.
  
 3. PLEASE COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS WITH
 REGARD TO PARKING LOTS IN CMUD I:
  
 SEC. 94-216(F)
 (3) ALL SURFACE PARKING AREAS SHALL BE CONCEALED WITH A
 STREETWALL ALONG ALL STREET FRONTAGES.
 (8) VEHICULAR ENTRIES ON A BUILDING FACADE OR
 STREETWALL SHALL NOT EXCEED 20 FEET IN WIDTH AND
 DRIVEWAY/CURB CUT OPENINGS SHALL NOT EXCEED 30 FEET IN
 WIDTH.
  
 (G) LANDSCAPING STANDARDS.
 (1) THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE CODE, AS DESCRIBED IN ARTICLE
 XIV OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS,
 SHALL APPLY UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED HEREIN.
 (2) ALL EXISTING SURFACE PARKING LOTS SHALL BE
 LANDSCAPED WITH A STREET FRONT HEDGE AT 42 INCHES IN
 HEIGHT AND SHADE TREES AT EVERY THIRD PARKING SPACE
 ALONG THE SIDEWALK WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF THE CURRIE
 CORRIDOR REZONING. SHRUBS SHALL BE PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT
 INTERVALS.
  
  
 4. IN ACCORDANCE WITH SEC. 94-448:
  
 LANDSCAPE PLAN REQUIREMENTS. WHEN REQUIRED, A LANDSCAPE
 PLAN OR AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH SHALL CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING:
  
 A. DATE, NORTH ARROW, AND GRAPHIC SCALE.
  
 B. THE LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING OR PROPOSED STRUCTURES,
 IMPROVEMENTS, AND USES.
  
 C. THE LOCATION OF PROPERTY LINES, EXISTING OR PROPOSED
 SETBACK, AND YARD REQUIREMENTS.
  
 D. THE LOCATION OF EXISTING OR PROPOSED UNDERGROUND OR
 OVERHEAD UTILITY SERVICES.
  
 E. LOCATION OF ALL PROPOSED TREES, SHRUBS, GROUND
 COVERS, AND OTHER LANDSCAPE MATERIALS.
  
 F. THE COMMON AND BOTANICAL NAME, SIZE, AND LOCATION OF
 ALL TREES AND VEGETATION ON THE SITE. A TABLE SHOWING
 THE SIZE AND QUANTITY OF ALL PROPOSED LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS. A KEY WHICH IDENTIFIES ALL LANDSCAPE
 MATERIALS SHOWN ON THE PLAN. GROUPS OF TREES OR
 VEGETATION IN CLOSE PROXIMITY MAY BE DESIGNATED AS
 "CLUMPS," WITH AN IDENTIFICATION OF THE PREDOMINATE
 SPECIES, ESTIMATED NUMBER, AVERAGE DIAMETER, AND
 APPROXIMATE SIZE.
  
 G. TABULATION CLEARLY DISPLAYING THE RELEVANT
 STATISTICAL INFORMATION NECESSARY FOR THE EVALUATION OF
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE. THIS
 INCLUDES GROSS ACREAGE OR SQUARE FOOTAGE, GROSS OPEN

 AND HIGH, MEDIUM AND LOW ZONES OF WATER USAGE; AND
 DETAILS OF THE CROSS SECTION OF ROOT BALL AND STAKING
 DETAIL.
  
 N. STATEMENT THAT ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS, EXCLUDING THOSE
 AREAS WITH NATIVE NONINVASIVE PLANTS, WILL BE PROVIDED
 WITH PERMANENT, AUTOMATIC IRRIGATION.
  
 O. A TABULATION CLEARLY DISPLAYING EACH TECHNIQUE AND
 METHOD PROPOSED TO SATISFY THE XERISCAPE POINT SYSTEM
 REQUIREMENT AND ITS ACCOMPANYING POINT ALLOCATION.
  
 P. IF APPLICABLE, INCLUDE A TABULATION CLEARLY
 DISPLAYING EACH DESIGN OPTION PROPOSED TO SATISFY THE
