 PLEASE RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE POOL DECK IS SHOWN WITHIN THE OKEECHOBEE
 BOULEVARD DRAINAGE EASEMENT. PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL
 OF THE PERMIT, SUBMIT EITHER AN EASEMENT RELEASE FROM
 PALM BEACH COUNTY TO ALLOW THE POOL DECK WITHIN THE
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT, OR REVISE THE PLANS TO MOVE THE DECK
 OUT OF THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT.
  
 2) PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THE PERMIT, SUBMIT A
 FENCE PERMIT FOR THE PERIMETER FENCE AND GATES. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE LOCATION OF THE PERIMETER FENCE SHOWN ON
 THE PLANS ENCROACHES INTO THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND
 THUS REQUIRES AN EASEMENT RELEASE FROM PALM BEACH
 COUNTY.
  
 3) THE OAKTON COMMONS CPD REGULATIONS REQUIRE THAT
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT BE SCREENED BY A VISUALLY OPAQUE
 BARRIER OR EQUIVALENT LANDSCAPE MATERIAL. PRIOR TO
 ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, SUBMIT DETAILS ON HOW
 THE SCREENING WILL BE ACHIEVED. IF IT WILL BE THROUGH
 THE USE OF AN OPAQUE FENCE, PLEASE INCLUDE THAT
 INFORMATION WITH THE FENCE PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE
 POOL EQUIPMENT PAD APPEARS TO ENCROACH THE DRAINAGE
 EASEMENT, SO THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED ON ANY PALM BEACH
 COUNTY EASEMENT RELEASE.
  
 4) PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT "PA." STANDS FOR ON THE PLANS
 (SHOWN OUTSIDE THE EDGE OF THE DECK).
  
 5) WHY IS THE SAFETY EQUIPMENT BEING PROPOSED ON THE
 FENCE WHERE IT WILL BLOCK THE VIEW OF THE LAKE? IT
 SEEMS THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER LOCATED ON THE POOL
 EQUIPMENT FENCE.
