 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE A
 MINIMUM OF FIVE FEET IN WIDTH, EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED
 CURB) AND EXTEND THE FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT
 PARKING STALL. ONE SHADE TREE IS REQUIRED IN ALL
 ISLANDS AND ALL ISLANDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE CURBED.
  
 2. THE MINIMUM WIDTH OF THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 ALONG THE PERIMETER OF THE SITE IS FIVE FEET.
  
 3. THE BACK-OUT AREA BEHIND THE HANDICAP SPACE ON THE
 EAST SIDE MUST BE 24 FEET.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), GARBAGE OR TRASH
 RECEPTACLES AND MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE
 PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS PROVIDED.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. WALLS SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH
 SHRUBS AND HEDGES PLANTED AT TWO-FOOT INTERVALS. VISION
 OBSCURING GATES ARE REQUIRED.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ITEM ENUMERATED IN THIS
 SECTION.
  
 7. PROVIDE THE SPACING FOR ALL PROPOSED PLANT MATERIAL
 ON A PLANT LIST.
  
 8. PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE
 TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN
 DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
